Author Guidelines

Before submitting your manuscript, Please read carefully the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of the International Journal of Engineering, Science and Information Technology (IJESTY) must be

1. Manuscript must be written in English.
2. The submitted manuscript is at least 8 pages and no more than 12 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers need more than 12 pages.
3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose IEEE style
4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the IJESTY paper template before submitting to IJESTY
   

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

1. Title. The title of the paper is maxed 10 words, without an Acronym or abbreviation
2. Abstract. The abstract has a maximum of 250 to 300 words and no citation. State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, results, and conclusions.
3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Literature Review- Method/Algorithm (optional) Method-Results and Discussion Conclusion
4. References. Expect a minimum of 15 references, primarily with a minimum of 80% of journal articles that have a reputation and are not over 5 years old.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

1. License

The article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution- 4.0 International Public License (CC - BY 4.0).

2. Author Warranties

The author warrants that the article is original, written by the stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).

3. User Rights

IJESTY's spirit is to disseminate articles published as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, IJESTY permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work as non-commercial. Users must also attribute authors and IJESTY to distributing works in the journal.

4. Rights of Authors

Authors retain (but not limited to) the following rights:

• Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
• The right to use the substance of the article in future works, including lectures and books,
• The right to self-archive the article,
• the right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal (International Journal of Engineering, Science and Information Technology).

5. Co-Authorship

If other authors jointly prepare the article, this statement warrants that all co-authors have authorized him/her on their behalf and agree to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this agreement.

6. Termination

The author or IJESTY can terminate this agreement upon two months' notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of IJESTY.

7. Royalties

This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article regarding any use by IJESTY or its sublicensee.

8. Miscellaneous

IJESTY will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the editorial process is completed and IJESTY or its sublicensee has become obligated to publish the article. IJESTY may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing, and appropriate usage. The author acknowledges that the article may be published to be publicly accessible, and such access will be free of charge for the readers as an open-access document.

Privacy Statement

The personal information, including names and email addresses, provided on this journal's website will be used solely for the specific functions and services related to this journal. We guarantee this information will not be utilized for unrelated purposes or shared with third parties.
